2. Information We Collect
We follow the data minimization principle and collect only what is necessary for core safety functions:
Account Data: Your name and mobile number (for login, verification, and emergency notifications).
Emergency Contacts: Names and phone numbers you voluntarily provide (1 contact for free users; up to 5 for premium users).
Location Data: Precise location only when checking in, triggering SOS, or sending an absence alert — no continuous background tracking.
Device Data: OS version and battery level (read once only during alerts, no extra permissions required).
Activity Logs: Check-in times, SOS triggers, and last active time (used only to detect potential absence).
Subscription Data: Premium plan status and validity period (we do NOT collect payment card details or passwords).
We do NOT collect: full contact list, call logs, SMS, photos, videos, storage files, biometric data, religion, ethnicity, or any other sensitive personal data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data only for the following purposes:
To provide check-in monitoring and automatic absence alert services.
To enable SOS emergency alerts with location sharing (premium only).
To send notifications to your emergency contacts when an emergency is detected.
To maintain app stability, security, and compliance with local laws.
To manage premium subscriptions and verify access to paid features.
We will never use your data for advertising, marketing, or third-party tracking. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data for commercial purposes.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Your personal data will only be shared in the following situations:
Emergency Contacts: Only when an SOS is manually triggered or a prolonged absence is automatically detected.
Authorized Service Providers:
Alibaba Cloud (Dubai data center) for secure data storage.
Google Maps SDK for location services.
WhatsApp Business API for emergency message delivery.
Legal Obligations: When required by courts, government authorities, or applicable laws in the GCC region.
5. Data Storage and Cross-Border Transfer
All data is stored in Alibaba Cloud Dubai Data Center (United Arab Emirates) in full compliance with UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL, and GCC data localization requirements.
Account data is retained until you delete your account, plus 30 days for security processing.
Activity logs are retained for 90 days and may be deleted by you at any time.
No cross-border transfer of personal data to countries outside the GCC region.
6. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws in the GCC, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your account and personal data.
Withdraw permissions (e.g., location), though this may limit core safety functions.
Export your check-in and emergency contact data.
Cancel premium subscriptions at any time through the app store.
You may exercise these rights in the app under Settings → Privacy & Data.

Encrypted transmission via HTTPS/TLS 1.3.
Secure cloud infrastructure in Dubai with firewall and intrusion protection.
Strict access control and regular security updates.
No unnecessary data collection to reduce privacy risks.
8. Important Notices About Core Features
Silent App Notifications: All check-in reminders are delivered silently — no sound, no vibration, no pop-up interruption, respecting religious practices and daily routines.
Emergency Alerts: Absence and SOS alerts are delivered without delaying during prayer times, in accordance with the principle that human life takes precedence.
SOS Anti-Accident Trigger: SOS requires holding the button for 3 full seconds with vibration feedback to prevent accidental sends.
Free vs Premium: Premium features include more emergency contacts, customizable alert timers (24h / 36h / 48h), manual SOS, and exclusive themes. No extra data is collected for premium usage.
9. Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be notified within the app.
