These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aman · Family Safety mobile application, provided by amanfamily developer.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
The App is a safety check-in and monitoring tool that provides free basic features and optional premium features.
All premium features are offered via one-time permanent purchase only. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals.
All payments and transactions are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. amanfamily developer does not collect or process payments directly.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, hack, or misuse the App for any unauthorized purpose.
4. Purchase and License
Upon completing a one-time purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the premium features of the App.
This license may be revoked if you violate these Terms.
5. Refunds
All refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple’s official refund channel at:

Refund eligibility, approval, and processing are determined solely by Apple. amanfamily developer cannot issue, reject, or influence any refund decisions.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our official website.
7. Service Changes and Interruptions
amanfamily developer reserves the right to update, modify, optimize, or temporarily suspend the App for maintenance, technical improvements, or other necessary reasons.
We are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, network issues, device problems, or force majeure.
8. Disclaimers
The App is a safety assistance tool only and does not provide emergency, medical, or law enforcement services.
We are not responsible for missed alerts, failed notifications, or check-in issues caused by device settings, network conditions, operating system restrictions, background app termination, or low battery.
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
